Shipping:
Items are shipped ground delivery via UPS,FedEx,or USPS within the 48 contiguous United States.Returns:Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are considered final.
Moreover, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of any kind for orders placed between Oct 1st and Oct 30th.
At this time we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses and we no longer ship to P.O. Boxes.
International Orders
Due to the state of the economy we've had to make some tough business decisions, one being to only ship to addresses within the United States and therefore international orders will not be accepted. In the future we will offer international shipping once again when the economy takes a turn for the better.
Q: What if I change my mind, or I don't like it once I get it?
A: Again, due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are considered final. We try very hard to accurately depict each item we sell, so as to avoid such circumstances. So please select your items carefully, and be sure to read each description thoroughly, so you know exactly what you will be getting before you order ~ thank you!
Q: How do I cancel an order after it is placed?
A: Unfortunately, it is often not possible to cancel an order once it is placed. If an order is in stock, it will be processed immediately. In short, you should consider that an in stock order placed is an order immediately processed and shipped and therefore not possible to cancel.
Items returned without a Return Authorization or marked undeliverable will be subject to a restocking fee of 35%. Shipping charges of any kind are non-refundable.
There is no exception to this policy.
